1. Use and maintenance
Chicken plucker/poultry plucker is used for removing the hair of the slaughtered chicken, duck, goose, etc. Depilation can be finished in once time, the plume, fuzz, claw and the dirt of the surface etc. The machine also can be used for removing the skin of ginger, potato, mackerel scale etc.
2. Steps
Put the slaughtered poultry into the hot water of65° C-80° C, for scald uniformly. Then, turn on the machine. About 10 seconds, unlock the water faucet, to washing the chicken feather or ginger skin out. At last, stop machine, and take out the products is ok. In the normal time, for unhairing the chicken feather is only need 30 seconds.
