Advanced Design Plastic PVC Profile Extrusion Line Machinery
1. Plastic profile extrusion line is mainly applied for extruding PVC door and window bars.
2. Plastic profile extrusion line can select parallel (cone) twin-screw extruders of different specifications and corresponding auxiliary equipment such as vacuum shaping platform, tractor, cutter, mixing platform, etc. According to different profile sections and dies.
3. Plastic profile extrusion line capacity is between 60kg/h and 600/h.
4. The tractor, by the application of the unique lifting technology of the company, features stable work, good reliability, and large traction force.
5. The vacuum shaping platform, is characterized by reasonable design and stable running. It can automatically carry out fixed length cutting and be configured with the dust recovery device. According to different dies, shaping platform can be 4m, 6m, 8m, 11m, etc.
6. When equipped with parallel twin-screw extruder, it is especially suitable for profile high-speed extrusion.
7. Plastic profile extrusion line barrel screw and gearboxes are all made by ourself, so we have ability to guarantee you quality comparing with other suppliers in China.
8. Electric parts are all adopts world famous brand, such as Omron, Schneider, Siemens, ABB, etc.
