FBD series mining explosion-proof forced ventilation counter-rotating local axial flow fans are mainly used for local forced ventilation in underground coal mines. Suitable for forced local ventilation in mine working faces and all kinds of chambers. Also applicable to local ventilation for other mines and all kinds of tunnels.
The product has rational structure, complete specification, high efficiency, remarkable energy conservation effect, low noise and long blowing distance. According to different ventilating resistance, it can be used as a whole or based on various grades. Then the power consumption is lower and the energy is reserved. Moving will be avoided if the tunnels are less than 2000 meters length and then help to reduce the labour intensity, save ventilation time. It is really the ideal equipment for local ventilation in underground coal mines.
operating environment and working conditions:
It can be layed on the floor or hung on the walls of the tunnels. The temperature of the operating environment should be between -20ºC to 40ºC and the dustiness should not exceed 200 mg/m3. It should be installed in the flow with less than one percent of gas in underground coal mines and if the concentration of gas exceeds 1%, the power should be shut off immediately.
