Product Description
Used as penetrating and wetting agent in alkali liquor of knitting fabric, mercerized cotton and polyester.
Product Description
Alkali resistance penetrating agent has excellent wetting and penetrating ability, which also can keep the outstanding penetrating ability in strong alkali liquid.
It is suitable for the pretreatment techniques of desizing, scouring and bleaching for various fabrics, and is especially suitable for the continuous pad-steaming or alkaline-oxygen one-bath method of cotton fabrics.
It could be applied into the cold pad-batch techniques, being able to advance the pretreatment auxiliary to permeate into the fiber so as to improve the treatment efficiency.
It has satisfying hard-water resistant and stabilizing effect of electrolyte resistant, with strong effect of washing, stain and blot on the fabrics.
Application Method
Pad-steaming method and cold pad-batch method
Reference dosage:5-8g/L.
Dipping method and alkali - oxygen in one-bath method
Reference dosage: 2-4g/L
Accurate using dosage depend on different fabrics test result.
