Laboratory high cabinet
Cabinet body: 1.0mm thickness of cold-rolled steel sheet production, all the steel parts by pickling, phosphating treatment, surface by the epoxy resin powder coating, high temperature curing treatment, resistant to acid, alkali, corrosion, abrasion, scratch and impact cutting.
Cabinet doors: 1.0mm thickness of cold-rolled steel sheet production, the double buckle fastening of inside and outside, filled with insulation material, all the steel parts by pickling, phosphating treatment, surface by the epoxy resin powder coating, high temperature curing treatment.
The door panels are inlayed with 4mm thickness of transparent tempered glass boards.
Moving layer panels: Use 4mm thickness of phenolic compact laminates, with 3mm reinforced Aluminum alloy edging strips, could according to the vessel size adjusting the pore size (Φ 10-100mm) of layer panels. Water receiving tray: Made of fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) is molded out by molding, corrosion resistant, use for receiving water from the ware of layers.
Hinge: The high-quality 304 # stainless steel hinge, resistant to corrosion, moisture, rust proof, long service life.
Handle: C-frame alloy with chrome-plating handle.
Adjustable foot margin: Special foot margin of nylon casting stainless steel screw, load bearing, moisture-proof, anti rust, anti slip, antibacterial, corrosion resistance. According to the indoor floor can adjust the cabinet's height of the 0-30mm.
