Applications
Used for high-grade mirror mold, e. G. Molds for transparent products like cosmetics containers, food containers and daily electrical appliance;

P80R is a steel smelted by using refining degassing and ESP remelting, suitable for super-mirror molds with high polishing property requirements;

Supplied in pre-hardened state, suitable for direct mold cutting without heat treatment;
After electric spark machining, the surface hardness is not increased, so that it is easy to repair and Polish the mold.
