As the largest aluminum and magnesium fabricating facility in China, we are able to source our aluminum for powder atomization directly from our own smelters. This produces a more consistent powder which will produce a more consistent product for you. As the fabricator of the great majority of all light alloy to the Chinese Military and all "Projects of Special Interest" of the State, our standards of quality are required to be the highest in all of China. We also fabricate and offer all sizes and specifications of aluminum and magnesium alloy in pre-stretched plate, sheet, foils from 0.0055, tube in multiple sizes and profiles, bar, rod, extrusions, wire, dies and forgings in aerospace, automotive, military grade, pharmaceutical, textile and food processing quality.
As the largest aluminum and magnesium alloy fabricating facility in China, we fabricate the great majority of all light alloy required by the Chinese Military and other "Projects of Special Interest" to the State. Our standards of quality are required to meet and exceed all international standards which is unique among Chinese fabricators who are typically required to simply meet the Chinese Standard.
The central fabricating facility has an area of over 2.148 million square meters and an operational staff of over 13, 000. Over 2, 400 management level engineering staff relentlessly monitor the attention to detail and quality control to ensure that all our products exceed international standards of quality. Over 6, 300 sets of of specialized and large scale fabrication equipment with a huge customer base in over 30 countries means that we can provide any sized order to you in an expedited fashion.
We have extensive experience and a long, award winning history of customer satisfaction producing products in over 18 categories, 236 alloys, and over 3000 products in more than 12, 800 sizes. Our products include: Aluminum and its alloy plate and sheet stock, bi-metal and pre-stretched sheets and plates in different alloys, strip and sheet foils in bright, laminated, embossed and colored various alloys suitable for condenser, heat exchanger, capacitor and military purposes, customized tube and pipe, rod and bar, sophisticated aluminum and magnesium die and forgings of high strength alloys for aerospace, automobile or any sophisticated application, aluminum and magnesium powders in super fine through ball milled suitable for steel smelting, agricultural, chemical and military industries, advanced tapered profile extrusions used in aerospace, light and heavy curtain wall, architectural construction, and military applications, etc.
