Our printing workshop is equipped with 3 sets of auto high speed computer-controlled gravure color printing machines, one of them is 8-color printer width up to 0.85m and speed of 150m/min, the others are 9-color printing machines width up to 1.1m and speed of 180m/min. Besides, we have 3 high speed dry laminated machines for Muti-layer products lamination, 8 high speed bags-making machines, 6 dividing and cutting machines, and 2 inspection instruments for products' quality control. They can inspect the quality problems, such as out of register, ghosting, rubbing off etc.

There are 6 advanced blister producing lines in East blister workshop (formerly named as East Long plastic products factory, 1998). Our plastic thermoforming machines adopt (PLC) the programmable control system and microcomputer control, which combine the material sending, heating, forming, cutting whole page automatically. Our products are mainly used for food enterprises, as well as electronics, toys, daily necessities, medicine, health care products, hardware and other companies. We provide blister tray, folding boxes, cylinder, anti-static and conductive products etc.

Our raw material supplier is the biggest plastic raw material production base in China - Foshan Plastic Material Co., Ltd. All products from our company meet a national plastic criterion.

In 2007, we obtained ISO 9001 quality system certification, and owed this success to our efforts in supervising and controlling the product quality strictly. At the same time, we invested about one million RMB in building a Quality Control Lab, in order to further enhance the product quality control. Our bags sell well both at home and abroad.
