Product Description
Aluminum hydrate fire retardant (AHFR) of CREATE is produced by sintered technology. The product inside contains lower iron and higher whiteness. The product is a mineral fire-retardant processed through super and thin smash, and surface modified technology.
The AHFR is a kind of new high filling product. The product is no poison, no corrosion, environmental protection, no detonation behavior and has excellent fire retarding effect, becoming an important fire-retarding additive for the purpose of fire-retarding and smoke inhibitor.
The AHFR can be widely applied to composites, e. G. Electrical wire, cable, PP, PE, PVC, PS, ABS and also to unsaturation polyester, paint and coating, and other plastics and rubbers.
The surface modified AHFR has improved the surface of aluminum hydrate and made it no aggregate to be dispersed into polymers as a fire-retardant. Its fire retardance, physical and mechanical properties has already approached or surpassed the international level of the same kind product.
