Aluminum Ingot Casting Line with Aluninum Melting Pot uses waste aluminum/tin cans or electrical wires/aluminum powder to be melted in the Melting pot, then the liquid aluminum goes to the Aluminum Casting Machine to cast new and beautiful Aluminum Ingots for industry uses.
The production capacity can be 5 ton--10 ton per shift (i. e. 6hr-10hr).
The aluminum ingots are of high value and the machine line investment can have fast return benefit, it's environment-protection finally.
We are also able to supply gas generating furnace by use of coke, flue coal, flue-less coal. Diameter of chamber of the furnace can be 2 meters, more or less. Fire temperature 1200-1300 degrees centigrade(max. ) so you will have gas to heat your meltering furnace contnuously.
