Product Description
1. Structure;
The furnace includes two parts:
Melting chamber, which is located with 1 or 2 burners, is for heating and warming aluminum liquid;
Charging chamber, which is located in the bottom of charging mouth, then the preheated scrap aluminum melt with soaking way in the furnace bottom;
In furnace bottom, there is a set of permanent magnet stirrer, which can produce rotating magnetic field.
The aluminum liquid move by magnetic force to do rotating movement, which reaches the effect of mass transfer and heat transfer between the heating room and melting room;
The burning flame don't touch scrap aluminum, which avoid combustion loss.
2. Technical data:
Melting rate: Max more than 2t/h;
Energy consumption data: 55~60 x 10 kcal/t AL;
Burning loss rate (light scrap ): Less then 2.5%.
