2Expatiation of designThe pre-treatment adopts the consecutive structure. Thr trough is under the cabin room and the chain is outside the spraying room. Examining doors, ladders and platforms are set in the dropping water section.a Equipment casing
bTrough
The trough setted below the spraying treatment section and combined with equipment shell as a whole enables the liquid to go back to the trough directly after washing. Width direction strentchs out of equipment shell for 600mm in order to install water pump inlet and supplement he trough liquid from equipment terminal, and there is waterseal cover in the strenching terminal.
cSprinkle equipment
Mainly consists of sprinkle pump, pipe, spray nozzle, pressure gauge etc. Working principle: sprinkle pump on each work section feeds trough liquid to pipes. Spray nozzle carries on jetting washing and sprinkle film process for workpiece in the various form, and the valve and pressure gauge of the pipeline is used for adjusting the outlet pressure and flow capacity to meet the craft process demand.D Trough liquid heating deviceEThe venliating and exhaust device
