1. Laser cut 304#0.8mm stainless steel as the letters' frame, leave about 10mm's surrouding edge;
2. Power coated the shaped stainless steel letter's surface to be the color you like
2. Use waterproof LED module, put it in the inside of the LED letters, stick it;
3. Laser cut the 3.0mm's thickness of acrylic panel as the shapes of the stainless steel letters we have finished;
4. Put the laser cut acrylic panel into the surrouding edge of the LED letter;
5. Connect transformer: 12V&20A;
6. Connect the electristy, then the whole set of LED letter will bright as the acrylic panel's color
7. Inner high quality waterproof LED (CE and RoHS certification), over 50.000 hours guarantee
8. Various colors: White, blue, red, yellow, orange....; (According to customer's requirement).
