Dongguan Fenggang Pemco Hardware Manufactorywas founded in 2006. We have 6 production lines of automatic lathe, CNC lathe, cold forging, stamping, machining and assembly.
We specialize in designing and producing all kinds of fasteners, panel fastener assemblies, standoff, spacer, stud, threaded inserts, spring plunger, knob plunger, ball plunger, indexing plunger, positioning device, quick release pins, ball lock pins, adjustable handle, etc.
We imported high precision machines, automatic lathes and various experiments and testing equipments from Germany, Janpan and Taiwan, setting up the advanced production line and testing center. Totally we have more than 80 sets of production equipments, including 29 sets of automatic lathes, 8 CNC lathes, 5 sets of thread rolling machines, 2 sets of CNC lathes, 10 of instrument lathes, 27 of drilling machines, 9 heading machine, 9 thread rolling machines. An we've all kinds of testing equipment, salt spray testing machine, projector, hydrogen tester, thrust / torque tester and microhardness meter.
