Product Description
The amorphous alloy oil immersed type transformers adopted amorphous alloy to construct the transformer cores, able to save no load loss about 70% or more compared with silicon steel, no-load current decrease about 80%, this type is most ideal distribution transformer to achieve best energy saving result.
Features:

- Thin sheet, about 0.03mm, low filling factor
- High resistance rate, low eddy current loss
- Production technology simplified, energy saving, no pollution, but easily fragile
- Sensitive to mechanical stress, influence on the performance.

Our amorphous transformers had overcome above problem, successfully passed strict type test (including S. C. Test) from Shenyang Transformer Test Lab, a state lab with world famous institutes.
Generally the normal working condition required: -25 ~ 45 degree altitude not more than 1000m, if some necessary parts changed, the transformer can run in more ultimate conditions: I. E. -45~50 degree, or 2000m altitude and etc.
