1).The solid liquid separator machine can separate the animal dung such as pig dung, duck dung, manure dung and chicken dung into liquid organic fertilizer and solid organic fertilizer. 
 
2).The liquid organic fertilizer can be directly used to crops, and the solid organic fertilizer can be transported to the fertilizer region to use. This series solid liquid separator machine can separate the liquid and solid matter quickly. 
 
3).The water content after being processed is between 40%-55%. 
 
4).The slag quantity and water content can be adjusted and can be used to different composition feed. The solid matter is very suitable for fish feed and the raw materials of the organic fertilize. 5).The working efficiency of the solid liquid separator machine is related with raw manure storage time, dry substance content, waste water viscosity such factors.

pressed slurry forward with 46 RPM speed, in which the dry material are separated through the compression with solid material cylinder formed in the machine orifices; great power fecal water filter off through the filter screen flow into adjustment pool.The final product can be used as fertizer directly.

1,What's your raw manure?  Usually,our screw dewatering machine is suitable for cow manure,pig and chicken manure,etc.
 
2.What's your wanted screen mesh? Usually,for cow manure,screen mesh should be 1mm.;For pig manure,0.5-0.6mm;chicken manure is 0.5mm.
 
3.Does it have suck pump? yes,it's with suck pump and plastic tubes.
 
4.Does water should be added in dewatering process? Yes,firstly,mixing manure with water,then manure liquid will be sucked into machine by suck pump,with the screw extruder and screen mesh,dry manure will directly come out.
 
5.What's your local volts,hz and phase? Pls note this machine can only be driven by 3 phase volts,such as ours 380v,50hz,3phase.
 
6.What are the spare parts? The spare parts are screen and screw,screen can be customized,there is one screen in our machine,if you want more,it's ok.The exchange screen is easy,we will guid you to exchange it.
 
7.What's the lifetime of screen and screw? They don't need to exchanged at least 2 years work.
