Step 1 grinding process1. Assembling multi grinding chambers, the secondary efficiency of shrimp feed and premix improved above 30%, the efficiency of corn raw materials direct fine grinding improved above 30%.
2. Assembling multi grinding chambers, increasing the useful life of hammer and sieve plate greatly, especially the small bore sieve plate.
3. Innovative rotor assembly, rotor runs more smoothly, although the wear and tear hammer and lower temperature of grinding chamber.
4. The main engine with humanized design, control easily and low noise.
5. Reasonable design of grinding chamber, increasing higher passing sieve rate. 6. Improvement of press sieve mechanism, folding and installing sieve plate is more convenient, safe and reliable.
7. Realize coarse and fine grinding easily, improve grinding efficiency.
8. Equipped with grinding load controlling instrument, realizing closed-loop control of load current and feeding quantity, mproving grinding efficiency and preventing overload production.
Step 2 mixing and oil adding process1. Apply to the mixing of powder materials in the industries of premix feed, livestock and poultry feed, aquatic feed, additives, food, chemical and pharmaceutical.
2. Short mixing time and high mixing uniformity.
3. Low-speed running, high-efficiency mixing, soft action, many kinds of liquid can be added.
4. Patented double-opened discharging control device, no leakage, discharging swiftly and no residue.
5. High uniformity, CV ≤ 5%, even up to 3%.
6. Low residual material no more than 6‰; Good door sealing, no material leakage phenomena.
Step 3 pellet process1. High output: The output is improved more than 10% to the belt transmission pellet mill, improve the economy efficiency
2. High ripening: Multiple inlets system and lengthening conditioner makes material high ripening, enhances the feed quality.
3. Long life: Pellet mill service life generally achieves 10-15 years.
4. Low failure rate: This is the reliable machine type with global highest popularizing rate, and validated by the market for several decades. It can be operated trouble-free with simple maintain.
5. Simple Maintenance operation: Low request to the operator, maintenance and operation will be mastered with simple training.
Step 4 cooling process
1. New-type stabilizing (post grinding) and cooling equipment. It organically combines pellet stabilizing and couterflow cooling, making great use of workshop space so as to saving the space;
2. The stabilizing section and cooling section are vertically arranged. Resulting in compact structure and less floor space;
3. The swing plate discharging mechanism is adopted in the stabilizing section. The heat-insulting sandwich is available, resulting in high temperature inside the stabilizer, long stabilizing time and good cooking effect;
4. The mature technology of counter flow cooling is adopted in the cooling section, ensuring the cooling effect;
5. High automation degree and convenient maintenance;
6. Applicable for producing fish, shrimp feed and high grade poultry and livestock feed.
Step 5 Crumbler processCrumbler is arranged in the technological process flow of feed production like this: Pellet feed produced by pellet mill enters the crumbler for crumbling after being cooled by cooler so as to obtain the pellet feed with required size. Then the crumbled pellets are conveyed to pellet screener for screening so as to separate too big feed pellets and too fine feed mash. Generally fines will not exceed 10-15% of total feed conveyed into the crumbler.
