Currently most technicians are using OPC-CA-GYPSUM or OPC-CSA-GYPSUM system to produce self leveling products, but the micro cracks can not be avoid because of the property changes from OPC, CSA, CA, GYPSUM. It's very hard to control the cracks.
For this new CSA cement, we called it Anti cracking HBCSA cement, it's specially developed for the self leveling, fast repair and anti cracking formulations. As below we can see the comparison between the new cement (developed by Tangshan Polar Bear Building Materials Co., Ltd) and portland cement made by one major supplier in China. As you can see the early strength, length change is much more better than OPC, so we don't need to use any CA or CSA and gypsum to control the shrinkage.
