HA-8 has been commercialized at abroad. The trade name is HVA-2. It is yellow or brown powder, and the proportion is 1.44, being dissolvable in dioxane, butylene oxide and hot acetone. Indiscerptible in the petroleum aether, chloroform, benzene and water.

Functions:
As the versatile rubber accessory ingredient, HA-8 can be vulcanizing agent, accessory vulcanizing agent of peroxides, anti-scorching agent, and keying agent in the process of rubber processing. It is suitable for universal elastomer, specialty elastomer and elastomer and plastic combination system.
In the natural rubber, it combines with sulfur to prevent the vulcanization reversion, to improve heat resisting property, reduce the heat generation, endure aging, improve the adhesion power of rubber and cord thread, and vulcanizate modulus. It can be used in such glue as the lorry tyre shoulder glue, cushion breaker etc. It can solve the problem of shoulder separation of diagonal tire, also can be used in the large and thick articles of natural rubber and various rubber sundry goods.
In the neoprene, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber; Styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber; Isoprene rubber, butyl rubber, brominated butyl rubber, polyacrylate rubber, silicone rubber, rubber plastic blend rubber and other specialty elastomer, HA-8 as the assistant vulcanizing agent can noticeably improve the the Gelling performance, heat duration, be applicable to high temperature curing system, reduce the condensation and permanent transmogrification obviously. Besides that, it also can reduce the peroxide usage, avoid the scorching of rubber mass in the procedure of process, improve the adhesion of the rubber mass, cord thread and metal.
HA-8 belongs to the sulfurless vulcanizing agent, is used to the cable rubber. It can substitute sulphureous vulcanier such as Thiazole and thiuram type, solve the troubles of pollution and nigrescence caused by the copper sulfide produced by the contact of copper conductor and copper electric appliance.
This product is applicable to top grade hot-dissolvable oil paint, dope to greatly improve the heat resisting property, ligntness, and metal adhesiveness of products. What's more, it also can be used to the adhesive agent to greatly improve its heat resisting property and adhesiveness with the metal. Because this product is fantastic macromolecule heat resisting assistant agent, it also can be used to the heat resistant material of the Space and Aviation.
