Product Description
1 Specification:
Phase-change thermal conductive & insulation material mainly uses for high performance components which request for low heat resistance and high efficient thermal conductivity to ensure good heat dissipation. Phase-change thermal conductive & insulation material will perform phase change at 45ºC~60ºC, and flow into the irregular gap between the heating unit and radiator under the pressure, to get rid of the air and become a good thermal interface.
In room temperature, the material is solid and facilitate to handle, used for heat sink or the surface of the device. When it reaches the device working temperature, the phase transition materials become soft, then add a little force, the materials will integrate easily with two cooperative surface like hot slippery grease. The ability of filling the air gap of the surface and the gap between the device and heat sink complelety, makes the PCM much better than non-flowable elastomer or graphite and hot mat, and get the performances similar to heat slide grease.
Has adhesion at room temperature, is convenient to fix power components.

3 Usage:
First step: Use the hair removal tampon (cotton) with alcohol/isopropyl solvent to wipe the surface of radiator.
Second: Tear off the transparent film on the phase change pad, and stick it on the radiator.
Third: Press the phase change liner gently.
Finally: Tear down the protective film on the phase change pad, and put the device in the upper part.
