Product Description
The apron shot blasting cleaning machine using high speed impeller to throw projectile to clean the workpiece. It is suitable various small and medium-sized castings, forgings, stampings etc. Shot rust, remove oxidation surface and skin, to strenthen workpiece surface, to improve the product quality and its life.
Apron type Shot Blasting Machine
Usage
This machine adopts the endless rubber apron to form a special barrel, to make the work pieces tumble continuously during shot blasting process. It is mainly used to clean the non ferrous metal work pieces.
Feed in workpieces and machine is activated, the projectile beam uniformly shot the surface of workpiece, to shot rust and remove oxidation surface. After shot blasting, the workpiece can be unloaded from the drum, so it particularly suitable for integration into automated production lines.

Shot blasting recycling & purifying system

Dust-removing system
This system consists of collector, fan and connecting pipes(from the clean-up room, separator to the collector) and so on. Connecting pipe equipped with butterfly valves for regulating the air volume, so that the work of the various parts of equipment to achieve the best state, so that no dust in the course of their work spillover.
