Product Description
For arc down 3 roller hydraulic rolling machine, all of the three rollers are driving rollers, rolling with the energy provided by the electronic motor through decelerator. The two lower rollers driven by oil cylinders, moving along the arc line. This machine work automatically finishing a steel tube with low straight edge length.
Arc down 3 roller hydraulic rolling machine have pre bending and rolling functions. It is constituted with base, overturn side frame, fixed side frame, rollers, driving device, overturn device, hydraulic system, numerical control system.
All of the three rollers are driving rollers. The position of the upper roller is fixed. The lower roller driven by oil cylinders moving along the arc line. The material is clamp by the upper roller and the lower roller, and moving forward by the friction force. The lower rollers perform arc movement to curve the plate. A variety of arc shapes can be achieved by adjusting the movement of the two lower rollers.
The material of the upper roller is 42CrMo, HB260-300, comply with JB/ZG4289-86 roll steel standards
