Brick cutting machineProduct description1. This machine is used for cutting the adobe strip from extruder according to the length requirement of adobe piece cutting machine to adobe section. And feed them into piece cutting machine.
2. To meet different requirements of production technology. Our company produces out two kinds of different products: Verticle section cutter, circular arc cutter. This machine can adjust the cutting strip length and cut the adobe strip automatically, the verticle cutter has the features like verticle cutting, small stub, and high efficientcy.
3. Slug Cutter SQT500*300 is mainly used for vertically cut of column from vacuum extruder and transport clay column in equal length to powered belt conveyer. The entire working process is under automatic control of PLC.
Its cutting wire are pneumatically tensioned, and the tension can be adjusted directing at different products, in order to keep wire sharp, sections flat and service life of wires improved. Before cutting, a sensor equipped on the driven shaft of conveyer can feed back the speed of clay material from the extruder to the control center accurately, and the cutting frame is driven to move simultaneously with the clay, ensuring the cutting sections of column to be perpendicular to the bottom surface, and reduce the waste.

1. Daily wear and tear 2. Mishandling or improper operation3. Incoming power supply fluctuation
4. Consumable and spare parts.
(3) Regular visit customer, consult with the customer feedback, come true with the customer's two-way communication.
