Auto Thermal Paper Slittin machine is used to slit thermal paper,fax paper, cash register paper, ATM Paper, self-adhesive trade marks, and other paper less than 250gsm. Adopting surface rewinding system; It is advanced equipment at home and abroad.Specifications:
1). Thermal paper slitting and rewinding is used for slitting thermal paper,fax paper, cash register paper, ATM paper, self-adhesive trade marks, and other paper less than 250gsm. Adopting surface rewinding system; It is advanced equipment at home and abroad.
2). Equipped with Siemens PLC and touch screen, all the parameter are displayed on the monitor. You only need to setup the material roll diameter and thickness, the PLC will give a proper parameters for machine running automatically.
3). It adopts the Siemens inverter motor.
4). Equipped with Auto Tension Control System for unwinding tension.
5). With meter counter. Got to the setup data, the machine stops and alarms.
6).It adopts Web guide for paper edge tracking.
7).It adopts Synchronic Belt to avoid the over lap problem.
8).It adopts frequency inverter for main motor driving, the speed can be displayed on the operation panel. Frequency inverter motor: 2.2Kw.
9). All transmission rollers have been dynamic/static balance treated.
