Product Description
1. Frequency motor
The motor is frequency motor of high speed motor instead of reduction gear box. The internal gear with steel chain system makes the whole machine running steady and speedy, keep the noise quietly and extend the service life more than 10 years. This variable frequency motor doesn't need any lubrication oil, and other advantage of this motor is power save.
2. Application
This machine is used to pack granule coffee, salt, medicines, plant seeds, sugars and many others like granule.
3. High speed
The speed can reach 100 bags per minute.
4. #304 stainless steel
The machine house is made of high quality 304 stainless steel material which is not easy to get rust. It's more healthy and meet the GMP standard.
5. Touch screen
The operation of the machine is controlled via a computerized operator interface of touch screen. Parameters are set through this interface. Bag length can be automatically controlled via a film registration eye. Precise bag length and registered cutting is assured. The touch screen can offer many languages, English, Russia, Spanish and Portuguese...Etc
6. Unique technology and craftwork
The unique technology and craftwork is used on the horizontal and vertical sealing heating system, which makes the sealed bags fantastically smooth, no any wrinkles and looks perfect.
