Automatic Carbonated Filling LineThis is one new carbonated filling line project we supply for a customer, the capacity is 4000BPH based on 500 ml bottle.
The carbonated filling line can be used for filling carbonated beverage, such as beer, cola, sprite, sparkling water. The filling line also can used for filling pure water, mineral water, and distilled water, but change some equipment.
This carbonated filling line just for 250 ml to 2000 ml PET bottle, glass bottle need a different filling machine.
The whole filling line contain water treatment + water chiller + beverage mix machine + automatic blow moulding machine(JNDE4000) + washing&filling&capping machine (JND-18186D) + hot melt glue labeling machine + sleeve shrink packing machine (JND150A).
