This machine is a resistance welding machine special for Sink, to weld the sink bowls with flat. It main is consisting of three phase medium frequency inverter transformers, control system, body, welding electrodes, position moulds, X, Y axis servo work table, Z axis rotation device, cooling water system, monitor system and safety device etc.
It is by means of three phase MF inverter technology, and three-axis association, interpolate method, computer control technology etc, so speed and average send out heat in welding workpiece, to ensure smaller heat area, to let quality is stable and consistent.
It is with double hand start button, and monitor functions as insufficient cooling water and compressed air etc. adopting the acoustooptical alarm indicator light, thereby ensuring some key factors like the worker's safety, equipment safety and welding quality etc
Also, welding controller is the special controller of PRECAIL, Pneumatic system equipped with the CKD OR SMC imported from Japan, they have efficiency, stability, automatic, reliability.
