XJ-72AUTOA automatic bundle cutting is the special equipment to cut fabric, leather, paper, sticky Park and chemical fiber materials into a variety of bands. It is simple to manipulate, using man-machine interface touch screen, which has a computer program to control data input, and the same roll of fabric axes can cut six bands with different specifications. It doesn't need manual work once being setup, which is accurate and efficient.
Feature:
1. The power of chief axis uses steps speed regulating system and frequency converter.
2. The accurately step-by-step system is applied to control the cutting width with precision ball-screw and sliding rail, so precise cutting can be control accurately in 0.1mm.
3. AC motor speed regulating system is used to directly control the cutting feed power and speed to achieve high-quality strap cutting.
4. The operation uses man-machine interface and LCD touch screen with one winding shaft being able to offer strips of 6 specifications. It offer the conversion between manual and automatic mode at the same time in this machine.
5. One clamping is enough without manual work, which is accurate and fast.
