Product Description
AH-KL series automatic granule packing machine is our new developed machine, it adopts computer control, tintype, vertical, three side and four side sealing, flatness bag and pillow bag, tact. It can automatically realize the following packing processes: Bag making, metering and filling-in, port sealing, cut-out, date printing, ultraviolet sterilization for the packing film and others, its metering delivery pump, suitable to pack the fluid granule to small bags. It can pack something granular, like drug, food and hardware etc. For food, coffee bean. Tea and grain are suitable to be packed.
The machine can pack something granular. Like salt, sugar, grain and tea etc.
It is very convenient to operate. If clients adopt four side sealing, the machine needs an air compressor to push it to work better. If not, it is enough.

MACHINE CONSTRUCTION
1. Film Frame
2. Mixed rang: Mixed rang consists of shaper, strut lever, rapper.
3. Upper sealing:
Upper sealing consists of actuating cylinder, supporting, heater, more.
4. Traction:
Traction consists of traction motor; Pull down wheel, photoelectric encoder, braced frame.
5. Lower sealing
Lower sealing parting consists of pushing cylinder rushing board, guide bar, heat sealing copper block, parting cut cylinder paring cut knife.
6. Metering filling
Metering filling Consisting of charging basket, buffeting dispense feeder, photo switch, upper charging tray, jigger, lower charging tray, charging bar, safety loop, clutch gear, actuating motor, transmission gear, message cam, proximity switch.
Operation and adjustment
(1) Connect the electricity supply, the clear compressed air according to the machine's requirement, put the case shell on the floor well, adjust the work pressure to 0.6Mpa, fuel charging to the air cylinder and other parts. (advise using pure white oil).
(2) Put the packing materials on the film reel and fix the capsule (printing side facing outer or compound side facing inner). Put the packing materials according to the pictures.
(3) Put on the power switch, the machine is in waiting condition when the indicator light is on.
(4) Attempting to set temperature according to the temperature which the upper temperature controller and the lower temperature controller show when the packing material pass the board.
