Industrial Reservation Frozen Meat Grinder is specially designed for food factory and large scale processing processing workshop. It is made of stainless steel 304, clean and easy to wash.
Grinding part and main body is sealed and separation structure so that when meat is grinded and cleaning is made, water does not come into inside machine, which makes it more durable. The whole structure is compact and transmission is stable.

1. The meat grinder uses the structure of 1 knife and 2 hole board. Frozen meat can directly is grinded by the process of auger, grinding knife, big hole, grinding knife, small hole (hole diameter according to grinding demand), and grinded meat sent out. The meat grinding speed is very quick from big hole to small hole, and therefore the time meat stays in the machine is very short, which avoids the meat from high temperature and oil output. Various nutrition is kept very well and meat is very fresh.
Common meat grinder keeps meat temperature high and oil out because the grinded meat comes out directly from small hole, which causes meat to come back.
Knife uses special steel processed and abrasive resistance and long usage.
