Rice is the main food source in the world, with the improvement of the processing precision, the loss of rice nutrition is also getting more and more serious.  in order to follow the trend of people's require of balanced nutrition, to improve the nutrition of rice, so the nutrition rice appeared.
There are several methods to make nutrition rice: the powder reinforced method has a large nutrition loss when wash; soaking method, strengthening effect is limited; coating method has good strengthening effect, but spraying protectants cost too much.
