Product Description
1. Introduction
Before filling, bottle filled with berevage is light and it's wall is thin, which will make the bottle fallen when conveying. Therefore, the empty beverage bottle firstly should be conveyed to the separating screw stem,allowing the empty bottle to enter the rotation unit successfully, then filling the air into bottle through pressure head aerated mechanism, which can assure the empty bottle is hard enough when labeling and finish the labeling porcess.
2. Function
Positioning on the round bottle to paste OPP, BOPP and paper labels which are rolling without glue. This machine will deliver labels automatically, select and cut labels, glue at both ends of each label, add labels and smooth out labels.
3. Application
The machine suits for the application of mineral water, beverage, food, condiments and other industries.
4. Components
1) Screw Stem, Star wheel & Bracket
Through changing the feeding screw stem, the star-wheel and the bracket, machine can be applicable for high-speed labeling for various types of bottles.
2) Bottle Sensor
The bottle sensor is free outside signal disturbance such as outside light or ultrasonic with exact verification to ensure accuracy of labeling.
3) Label Station
The Label station is applicable for adjusting label location and stability of labeling.
4) Label Smoothing Mechanism
The label smoothing mechanism is applicable for leveling the label, which can paste the label firmer and prevent it from corrugating and loosing.
