Product Description
Main frames of corrugate paper machine:
1.Wire section: Dewater initially and form even wet paper.
2.Press part: The dryness after press section is about 25-42%
3.Drying part: The dryness after drying section is 92-95%. This section consists of several groups dryer cylinders. There is a gas hood to prevent steam evaporating.
4. Winding part: Cylinder type winding machine 1 set, Rewinding machine 1 set.
5. Driving & control part: AC frequency conversion speed, section drive.

The machine consists of wire table rack, walking board, white water tray, forming board, dewatering plate, vacuum dewatering plate, white absorb box, suction box, breast roll support up and down, vacuum couch, wire driving roll, composite roll, turning roll, wire leading roll, scraper, spray pipe,paper edge cutting paper leading squirt cut, wire tight device, corrector, starch apraying device and so on. Fourdrinier wire is polyester forming wire and adopts cantilever type wire changing type. Jack is in the operating side and work with proper load jack.
The machine is equipped with dewatering element according to max. basic weight and pulp type. The production capacity can be assured. When the paper making basic weight is changing, the vacuum degree of vacuum dewatering element can be adjusted to make sure the paper dryness.
According to the vacuum degree from low to high, equipped with forming board, dehydrate box, vacuum dehydrate box, low vacuum suction box(wet suction box), high vacuum suction box(suction box). Material of elements that contact with wire is ceramic material. Front of scraper blade is flat. Box is stainless steel. Each vacuum suction box is equipped with steam separator and connect with vacuum main pipe.
