Product Description
1. Introduction
The OPP Hot Melt Labeling Machine, which is widely used in food, beverages, washing and other industries, is designed by the excellent engineers and is manufactured by workers in the factory of UJUNR.
2. Function
Paste the labels that the user chooses on the flat bottle, oval bottle and irregular bottle.
3. Application
The machine suits for the application of cosmetic, food, medicine and other industries.
4. Components
1) Screw Stem, Star wheel & Bracket
Through changing the feeding screw stem, the star-wheel and the bracket, machine can be applicable for high-speed labeling for various types of bottles.
2) Bottle Sensor
The bottle sensor is free outside signal disturbance such as outside light or ultrasonic with exact verification to ensure accuracy of labeling.
3) Label Station
The Label station is applicable for adjusting label location and stability of labeling.
4) Label Smoothing Mechanism
The label smoothing mechanism is applicable for leveling the label, which can paste the label firmer and prevent it from corrugating and loosing.
