Automatic Pointing Tube Cold Drawing Machine
(FR-150)
Features: Cold tube drawing machine is reducing diameter and thickness or only reducing diameter of metal (aluminum, stainless steel, copper and iron) on tube, pipe, wire by drawing strength of the car and dies. Machines are manufactured based on customer demand.
In the normal condition of the machine, implement the tensile strength to the ferrous metal tube, it can also pull the round, hexagonal and other shaped material, which is the professional equipment for drawing tube and pipe.
With internal diameter control, it can be optional for automatic feeding device, automatic cutting, automatic blanking, drawing quantity can be one to four per time.
Also known as reduceing the diameter and thickness of the tube with a mandrel inside the tube. The inner diameter (ID) is determined by the inner and outer diameter of the stock tube, the outer diameter of the final product, the length of the die landing, the amount of back tension, and the friction between the tube and the die. This type of drawing operation is the most economical.
