？？ ？ ？ ？ ？KWL series Automatic bag cutting machine is adopted dedicated high-speed PLC controller system, touch screen operator interface, it can auto feeding and edge correction, precise cutting with high speed, punch and cutting in one time; is suitable to making rice bag, fertilizer bag, laminated bag and so on.
1.Cutting part.？
？ ？ ？ The machine was fixed two big power servo motor, one for cutting, the other for feeding, coordinated by PLC, keep accurate under high speed, will not happen bevel cutting even though it reach the highest speed.
2.Cutter knife part ？
？ ？ ？ Imported Tungsten steel knife, thickening knife holder and combined base, adopt lubrication bush, to make sure it not deformation after long time using, and less breakage, and easy to adjust knife.
3.Feeding part？
？ ？ ？ Feeding roller up-down adopts rubber roller which can eliminate electric and hardwearing, using wide synchronous belt(35mm) to connect the servo motor.
4.Punching part？？
？ ？ ？ With gas tank, to ensure the air pressure equilibrium; offer the gas for each punch and handle hole, easy adjust the pressure, and reduce the gas using, special exhaust design make the punch needle never blocking,
5.Discharge part？
？ ？ ？ ？Adopt high frequency and high torque motor, strong traction, adjust speed automatic by controller, three sets discharge roller, unwinding steady. And stop working automatic without material.
6.Feeding part ？
？ ？ ？ Adopt gas expansion shaft with magnetic powder brake, unwinding steady, discharge from gas expansion shaft , correct edge automatic, unwinding more steady.
7.Feeding part ？？
？ ？ ？ ？Big raising cylinder can lift 400kgs material easily, edge correcting part adopt double photoelectric tracking, and the tracking length will be 260mm.
8.Electric part ？？
？ ？ ？ Adopt import electric element, touch screen control, program can update, unify control, edge correcting, magnetic, light, and static electricity all controlled by panel.
9.Touch screen performance ？？
？ ？ ？ English and Chinese operation, easy to operate, can touch enter, back, cutter knife lift and fall, single feeding, single cutting, reduce the waste. Can show the error reason when the machine running abnormal, help to solve the problem.
10.Control button
