Product Description
USE:
Machinery in this series are applicble for continuous multicoloured on rolling materials in good printing performance such as cellphane, BOPP, PVC, PET, HDPE, LDPE, PEARLITE FILM, PAPER. Broadly applied for all of the super-quanlity printing material package.
FEATURE:
1. The whole set is permutation and combination style, possible to add reduce colors, even add on reverse printing mechanism as required by custoners.
2. Mon-shaft pneumatic conic node printing plate loading, prompt and convenient for plate changing.
3. Alloy guide roll in static balane, sealed type oven, fast drying with less energy consuming, and auto constant temperature control system.
4. Adopting full auto tension controler and magnetic powerm, magnetic clutch for unwinding and feeding drawing.
5. Adopting vector frequency conversing control for rewinding and exceeding drawing, more stable operation.
6. Pneumatic backpressure moving drawknife.
8. High accuracy gear transmisson box, adopting patented technique.
9. Umwingding and rewinding are both by tumbling dual-station mechanism, realizing auto material change without machine halt.
10. Full atomatic computer registering devices is instaled, control the different varieties printing registering, two ends but at the same time.
11. Constantly pinting different varieties at the same time both ends, double unwinding and double rewinding.
