Automatic Soft Gelatin Encapsulation Machine (Water Cooling Type)
The water cooling type climinate the dust contamination caused by the air cooling.
Optimization design the roller die, increase the output of 30%-40% than the model RG2-152(6 inch roller dies)meanwhile enhance the utilization ratio of gelatin.
The gelatin conveyance of insulated gelatin storage tank adopt air pressure type through the ground, which improves the production environment.
The capsule conveyance belt adopt foot-grade conveyance belt(FDA approved)produced by USA which is non-toxic, non-sticky, and easy to wash.
The shape and drying rotary cage is made of stainless steel net sheet, which is no dead corners and easy to wash. An oil basin placed under the rotary cage to ensure there is no oil drops during the production.
All the electric parts adopt well-known brand in the world, the performances is stable.
The 10-station and 14-station injection rod equipped with the machine, it can use the width of roller dies while producing the small dosage products, enhances the utilization ratio of gelatin and output.
It is convenient and prompt that adjusting the clearance of two roller dies by air pressure.
The improved capsule-peeling unit minimizes the probability that the waste gelatin skin enwind onto the gelatin-peeling rod.
The S.S that contact with the medicine adopt superior S.S304#and316L# except the injector, the gelatin spreading box, roller die conveyance belt adop special material. It is conform to GMP standard completely.
