DZL-2D stator winding machine is used for two-pole stator winding. There are several improvements of this machine: Two stators can be finished every cycle time, which improves the productivity greatly; With auto assembling and disassembling tooling, it can reduce labor intensity; And during winding, the machine has the function of tapping (5 times) and wire cutting. The travel of fork rod and tilt angle can be adjusted within a certain sphere. All aluminum alloys with anodic oxidation treatment and imported acrylic shield are available. PLC and display screen and transducer are for main control; It is safe and reliable to set and show the parameters.
