This capping machine integrates functions of bottle inlet, cap placing, cap sorting, capping and bottle outlet together. Adopts the international advanced modularization design, mainly include mould cap sending, servo-swinging arm positioned picking caps, servo-control torque force. Harmless to bottles during the capping cycle, high qualified capping rate, no cap automatically stop, automatically start with caps, at the meanwhile, un-qualified caps can be ejected.
Touch screen, PLC, servo motor, simple adjustment and maintenance. By changing parameters in the touch screen, such as swinging arm angle and speed, different bottles/caps only need to change caps sent formats, select parameters in touch screen can downloaded into programmable logic controller, then adjust the machine to be a optimum height by screw elevator. Greatly increase the productivity with friendly HMI.
