Product Description
The automatic modified atmosphere packaging equipment has MAP-IZ350 and MAP-IZ550 models.And all the products feature faster packaging speed and wider packaging films than those of semi-auto tray modified atmosphere packager,and can well achieve streamlined production.
Working Process
1.If the functional key is activated,then the electrical and pneumatic control systems of the modified atmosphere packaging machine start to work and the conveyor belt moves the packaging tray to corresponding operation positions.
2.Then,the chamber is lidded to exhaust the inside air by using a vacuum pump.Since products to be packaged have different requirements for vacuum degree,air exhausting time should be appropriately set up.
3.After the chamber is well vacumized,the inflatable solenoid valve is opened to fill gas mixture into the package and time can be adujsted in view of actual requirements.
4.Next,the airbag is sealed in the form of heat.To make seals elegant,flat,firm and no fusing wearing phenomenon,sealing time should be appropriately set up for plastic bags in various thicknesses.
5.Next,the seal should bd cooled.If the seal is completely cooled,then the gas is released and the vacuum chamber automatically enters into next working cycle.
Operational instructions
1.The power voltage should be set within AC380+10V,the frequency is 50HZ and three phase four wire circuits are employed.Then the compressed gas source pipes are connected and working temperature ranges from 0.30 to 0.40MPa.
2.The lid is opened.
3.The cooling water system is started.
4.When the modified atmosphere packaging machine is in use, the power must be well grounded.
5.When the power is well grounded,the air switch inside the electric control cabinet is closed and the emergency stop button on the button panel is restored to the initial position.
6.The vacuum pump, an external pump,is started.
7.The objects are packed into the plastic bag and then be placed on the conveyor belt.The starting switch is pressed,and then the machine starts to work.When set is single-step working mode,the machine will stop after one packaging cycle and will continuously operate in automatic mode.
