Main introduction:
UXP-150type ultrasonic is the special equipment applied to clean vial bottles. It is designed according to medicine GMP standard for asepsis antibiotic bottle, freeze drying vial bottle and oral bottle etc. This equipment accept ultrasonic cleaning, high pressure rinsing, reverse rinsing, air blowing, stepless frequency conversion, stable running, low bottle breaking rate. It is simple to change specification for different vial(2-50ml).
This machine is installed with advanced PLC system to ensure simple operation. In vibration of ultrasonic and air risining, machine will clean bottle in set time and ensure the transparency and water flux get to the need of technics. The last risining are two water and one air: First is pure water, second is inject water(distilled water), third is compressed air.
