Product Description
Poultry Feed PlantDescription:All kinds of feed pellet line, for processing fish feed livestock and poultry feed pellets (floating fish feed is not the processing below, it should be design individually).
The machine set integrates all the equipment required in processes of grinding, mixing, pelletizing, cooling, screening, lifting and conveying, electric control, etc. It can produce high-grand animal feed, aqua feed.
The machine is applicable for the feed mills and aquaculture farms with annual output of 1000-10000 tons per shift. This series has more than ten technologies with modular design. And the users can make choice according to their requirements.
All the equipments is installed in the containerized frame for convenient export and transportation.
All the machines are under centralized control. It can also be supplied with automatic proportioning system for full automatic production if required by the customer.
It is a middle-sized modular machine set integrating automation, high efficiency and advancement. It is ideal equipment for its low investment and quick returns.

1. animal feed plant ---crushing section:
Before make pellet, the raw materials should be grinded to small pieces. We use hammer mill to grind raw materials into small particle.
2. animal feed plant ---mixing section:
use mixer to mix the grinding raw materials to even particles. The
mixer have two types: single shaft ribbon mixer and double shaft paddle mixer.
3. animal feed plant ---pelleting section:
use pellet mill to make pellet. It is equipped with feeder, conditioner and pellet mill. The feeder can control the feeding amount. Conditioner can make moisture and temperature of the feed more high, to make pelleting easily.
4. animal feed plant ---cooling section:
The pellet after cooling is more than 2-3 degree than room temperature. The pellet cooler we use is
octagon. Octagon type is more beneficial to cool the pellet. No dead cooling corner.
5. animal feed plant --- crumbling section:
Crumbling section is optional. When required pellet is small, can use crumbler to grind, such as chick feed.
