Product Description
1. Material: Steel ( DC53, D2, SKD11, HMD-5, Cr12MOV, Cr12, P20, S45C etc. )
2. Process: Flat blanking, piercing, deep drawn, complex metal forming and assembling, progressive stamping, precision stamping and short run stamping, welding & riveting. CNC machining, lathing, milling.
3. Surface treatment ( finishing): DICOAT treatment, TiCN coating, TD coating etc. All these have already achieved the international standard.
