Automotive Total Vehicle Teaching Software (Toyota) contains of 7 modules: Engine system (Corolla 1ZZ), automatic transmission system (U340), anti-lock braking system (ABS), power steering system, electrical system, suspension system, and air-conditioning system.
Engine Module: Taking technically advanced Corolla 1ZZ engine as developing model, it gives a detailed presentation of the engine's structure and working principle.
Automatic Transmission Module: Taking Toyota U340 transmission as developing model, it presents an overall and internal structure of the automatic transmission's common components, and introduces the transmission system' working principle.
Power Steering System Module: It offers a detailed structure presentation and working principle introduction of Toyota power steering system's each assemblies.
Electronic Controlled Suspension Module: It embodies structure display, working principle introduction, and virtual assembly of the suspension system.
Electrical System Module: Taking electrical system of Corolla total vehicle as developing model, it embodies common electrical system and vehicle body electrical system.
Air Conditioning Module: Structure display and principle introduction of both automatic and manual air condition system are presented herein, and moreover it offers virtual assembling training function.
