How to use button making machine to
make a mirror with key-chain
1) Put the upper shell into the mould A(with convexity facing
upward),then put picture and mylar accordinglyine up the top of the
picture with the location pin for correct orientation.
2) Push the slide rail of mould to the right and make the upper mould and
mould A align.Then hold the machine, pull the handle down as far as it will
go and raise it back up to its rest position.
3) In mould B,place the mirror ring with the sharp edge facing up,mirror
with mirror surface facing down,and gelatin sponge(rive the membrane of
both sides),then make the prominent part of mirror ring go through the
gap of mould B.
4) Push the slide rail to the left side till the upper mould and mould B are
aligned.Hold the machine,pull the handle down as far as it will go and raise
it back up to its rest position.
5) Pick up the finished product,and make the key ring move through the
hole on the mirror ring.
