Description:

This series of products are combined with phenolic formaldehyde resin, wood flour, hexamine, pigment and other materials.
Common Compression moulding grade:
Model R131: The lowest grade, can be suitable for making kitchenware handles or spare parts of daily household by plastic pressing in mould.
Model D131: Improved the electrical property and impact strength, are mostly used for making household parts, low-voltage electrical appliances and other insulation structure components.
Model D141: With better electrical performance and impact / bending strength than D131, can be used for handles, low-voltage electrical appliances and other insulation structure components.
Delivery period and loading container:
Usually, 1X20GP can load 20 MT, 800 bags. Total volume: 28 CBM, N. W.: 20000 KGS, G. W.: 20240 KGS.
Delivery period: Compression material takes 2-3 days for 20 tons, injection material takes 1-2 days for 20 tons.

Packaging: Plastic knitting bag with wet proof inner plastic. 25kg/bag
Storage: Kept in airy, dry and cool room.
Storage period: One year from the manufacturing date.
