Introduction
This machine is used for cooling bakery products in an ambient temperature and act as a buffer storage between the oven and packaging machine. This machine is equipped with layer by layer transmission technology which is similar to European technology. Every belt can adjust the power automatically and keep the power equal because it has intelligent transmission technology and its speed is Variable. We choose high strength nylon card track and low friction food grade pp guide rail for it. And it has automatic lubrication system.
Usage
Cooling, proofing, freezing and Pasteurization, and it is suitable for bread, croissant, cakes, biscuits, sugar, milk etc.
