Hongda Company is specialized in manufacturing and erecting set of traveling grate-rotary kiln pellet production line with sci-technology researching, designing and production. Its floor area is 130, 000m2 and capital assets is 22.5 US M$. It is the largest supplier of pellet equipment in China with a market share 95.4%. The Company has passed the certification of ISO9001: 2008 international quality control system.

The Company has set up a Traveling Grate Technology Development & Research Center together with the Jiangsu University. There are 26 experts and specialists in the center who are working on the development of heat- and wear-resistant steel in high-temperature and drying ways to apply their achievement to the pellet oxide traveling grate-rotary kiln production line to improve performance of the system. Our research item of the " Development and Application of Key Technique of Energy-conservation Environment-protection Pelletizing Equipment" has passed the certification and was honorably awarded as the "Special Fund for Application of Scientific and Technical Achievements" by Jiangsu province in November, 2007, and we have gained Second prize in National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2009.

The Company has been titled for thirty new-practical patent products such as grate, stripper, chute, sprocket, thru rod etc, which in China are widely used on the pellet oxide production line of all kinds such as the 1.20MTPA line of Capital Steel, the 1.20MTPA line of Wuhan Steel, the 2.00MTPA line × 4 of Anshan Steel, the 1.20MTPA line of Kunming Steel, the 1.20MTPA line and the 2.40MTPA line of Liuzhou Steel, the 1.20MTPA line and the 2.00MTPA line of Panzhihua Steel, the 2.40MTPA line of Sha Steel, the 2.40MTPA line of Taiyuan Steel, the 0.60MTPA line of Laiyuan Steel, the 1.20MTPA line of Xingcheng Steel, the o. 80MTPA line of Huai'an Steel, the 1.20 MTPA line of the India AISCO, the India BMM in the year 2006, the 0.60 MTPA line of the India SARDA in the year 2007, the 0.6 MTPA line with the India GPIL, the India ASL and the India SML etc.
