Brief of Barrier Washer Extractor
The working theory of barrier washer extractor that it could separate one laundry room into two independent area that clean area and non- clean area.Dirty fabric will be load from non- clean area to be washed, after washing, washed fabric will be unload from clean area.

First, this barrier washer extractor has two doors which locates at two opposite side of the machine, it prevents cross -infection from beginning.
Second, this barrier washer extractor plus barrier wall device space seperate into two independent area which are clean area and non-clean area.By this way it is impossible to be cross infection.
Third, workers in clean area and non clean area are two independent groups and the fabric is in unidirectional flow. Besides , the negative pressure non-air flow design helps preventing cross infection.
1) Operating Panel:Hand Touch Screen with LED shower, which has reliable programmable operating system and it is easier for operator to control the machine
2) Airbag Shock Absorbers:Special design of airbag shock absorbers, to ensure our barrier washer extractor running smooth, with little vibration
3) Automatic door system:There is proximity switch applied in door system, so that the inner door is able to face the outer door automatic and exactly, when workers fetch washed fabric and reload dirty fabric
4) Door lock of Inner drum:Door lock of inner drum has structure of slider locking mechanism, besides the function of loose proof, Our barrier washer extractor only has high strength but also safe to be used
5) Electricity controlling part of barrier washer extractor is made up by programmable automatic controlling system, frequency driven motor, frequency controller, Pneumatic valves and so on, the whole system of barrier washer extractor has function of rotation of low speed, mid speed, and high speed, also has function of set up time, temperature.Our machine is also able to control temperature and time automatic, it is able to add and exhaust water, add chemical automatic, this machine also has function of trouble self-checking and alarm
